On the way home from I was riding with a work buddy. In the video you are seeing his right side saddle bag come off and head right for me.

You'd have thought he noticed the different sound a bag makes when hitting he ground versus the normal bolts and stuff wouldn't you?

Dang...you're not one of those friends that picks his bag up and at least moves it off the road...you're one that laughs and says "I think your bag is smashed into little bitty pieces back up the road".

Yeah, but a Harley bag is but a drop in the proverbial (bloated) bucket. Much easier to overlook.

but harley bags are all full of tools to deal with their inevitable breakdowns, so they're really heavy!

I like the little tool pouches mounted on the front forks. The guys at work don't have bags...they have pouches. Kind of a slow, ugly Kangaroo thing going on.
