Re: Leaving this here
That's too far away... I'm going to look at this one this week https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/it ... 1047926924 It's got all the goodies already on it. Hoping it's not too heavy...and I guess it'll need offroad tires.

Re: Leaving this here
Some nice accessories on that one Sam. You may also want to consider crash bars and Bark Busters. I know he says he has the stock hand guards but they are just plastic, they don't have an aluminum backbone like the BBs. Those are nice boxes, maybe too nice, but if the top box and tank bag have enough room you can leave the side boxes at camp.
While I note that while it has lots of good stuff, it has 10K miles and the asking price is $4.2K and given that I'll just put this here...

Re: Leaving this here
I have crash bars, bark Buster's, and skid plate on the way. I plan on the bike being on the ground a lot and how this thing is built an easy drop can take out the radiator

Re: Leaving this here
You're right, Jeff! When you put it like that, seems like it's priced a little high if one can buy a new one for not much more than that. And to your point, Rick, it does seem a bit too shiny, if we're going to be dropping these bikes as often as you're expecting... I'll keep looking.

...and then add ~$1200 in accessories
(Not that I've been looking or anything)

Found this today, https://dallas.craigslist.org/ftw/mcy/d ... 51189.html
It looks good, and seems to have all the goodies as well. Going to try and get it next week if it's still available. Midland's way out there though...
