As said by the sherrif to his deputy in the cop car.

As soon as you said late 70's it hit me.

Let me think of a good one. (And if I'm wrong, which i doubt, let me know)
You nailed it...10-4 good buddy, put the hammer down. :-)

I was wondering if you were talking about my "hammer down" comment...Hagar's "When the Hammer Falls", but the "red" threw me for a loop. Then I realized his "hammer" could be red, depending on what he was doing with it. Now it's all starting to make a strange kind of sense. :-)

BTW, used to have a red Trans Am (and a brown, silver, blue and custom painted one also...oh yeah, and a mullet...boy, those were the days).

It was from Tremors... Anyone seen it?

Heres another one:

"Great. Now we have to surrender our socks."

Yes, Tremors was good. I knew it the second I looked it up and felt really stupid afterwards.

Saving Private Ryan - did I say nothing like a good war movie yet?

"220, 221, whatever it takes".

I knew the movie - i was hoping someone else would jump in!

Heres another from a very misunderstood casting:
"You wanna get nuts? C'mon, lets get nuts."

The answer was The 40 Year Old Virgin when he was getting a wax job.

"Hey, I hope you don't mind, I got up a little early, so I took the liberty of milking your cow for you. Yeah, it took a little while to get her warmed up, she sure is a stubborn one. Then, POW, all at once."

Hahaha Kingpin. Haven't seen that one in a while

"Let us say I suggest you may be human. Your awareness may be powerful enough to control your instincts. Your instinct would be to remove your hand from the box. If you do so, you die. You will feel ... an itching ... there! Now, the itching becomes burning. Heat upon heat upon heat."

"I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when my fear is gone I will turn and face fear's path, and only I will remain."

Bah I guess I should answer and start another. The movie was Dune.

"Alright you Primitive Screwheads, listen up! You see this? This... is my boomstick! The twelve-gauge double-barreled Remington. S-Mart's top of the line. You can find this in the sporting goods department. That's right, this sweet baby was made in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Retails for about a hundred and nine, ninety five. It's got a walnut stock, cobalt blue steel, and a hair trigger. That's right. Shop smart. Shop S-Mart. You got that? "

Had to look it up, I've never seen it that I can remember. Good line though.
