I think the best part was in the comments section someone said this:

"...And don’t get me started on the whole ‘everybody carrying around little statues of him (Jesus) during a really awful moment’ bit.

Why not dancing Jesus? Happy Jesus? It’s like carrying Elvis dead on the toilet around your neck."

I don't think I'll ever be able to look at a cross with Jesus on it again without replacing that image in my mind with a statue of Elvis slumped over dead on a toilet.

This commenter does seem to have a point. Why not buddy Jesus?

Now I will have to grab my bible when I get home and look up each of these things to see what the whole story was. I faintly remember the stories but not well enough to know the whole deal of each one. Either way I do need to refresh myself with them.... and many others as well to be honest.

I think a lot of people forget Jesus was not just divine, but also human. Anger is something humans feel and totally give into. I love the flipping of the tables. I love how He mocked the hypocrites and went off on them. Sounds pretty Jesus like to me.

Buddy Christ for the win!
