I saw this yesterday and since both were ticketed, I'm curious what went on prior to the start of this recording

Somewhere in here I have a write up about me getting into an argument and then the driver doing the same thing you just saw, came very close but I missed him. Basically in the write up I was saying it was not worth it and don't let your emotions get to you

Since when is Assualt with a deadly weapon a ticketable offense? Yes the motorcyclist is stupid, he should not be goading that mustang and following him around. But you can't smash your car into someone, unless you see a gun or something that places your life in danger or in fear of immediate bodily harm.

Without knowing the whole story it's hard to say that. Who knows, maybe it was a woman in the car that had a restraining order against an ex (on the bike) and he was following her threatening to kill her. We need more details.

I honestly thought the whole thing was staged until the bike hit the pavement. Just seemed too coincidental that the camera converged on this when it did, and a lot of people will do most anything to go viral on youtube.

You just can't do stuff like this anymore. People are wound up so tight, you never know if the thing you are doing is going to make them snap. Throw in CCW, open carry, and people's in general indifference toward one another, and it just isn't worth it. A motorcyle against a car also, the 2 wheel looses.
