Keep an eye on this thread, at this point I think I have a full blown head cold, come this weekend if I feel like this I won't be doing much.

Hope you feel 100% soon Rick. I went riding today and it was a struggle to stay cool and hydrated. Happy Father's day and have a good rest of the weekend all!
