Yeah...it happened when the Ramcharger threw the supercharger belt trying to drive out of the grave in Lone Wolf McQuade. This is also about the time the Grim Reaper went all candy-ass with Bill and Ted...he's never regained his moxie nor had the courage to approach Chuck since. You may even remember some time after that GR hired Brad Pitt to play him in Meet Joe Black. A very sad fall indeed...and Chuck Norris is the beneficiary.
