It is not, though it is a twin cylinder.

Is it an Aprilia?

It is not an Aprilia. It's not Italian at all... however, the exhaust is somewhat reminiscent of a Ducati 999.

Japanese?

Already answered that it was European. Actual European, not from those islands off the coast where they speak funny English.

OK, so we have:

A somewhat low-production (though not *extremely* rare) sportbike from the 2000s
It's European, but not Italian or British
It came in yellow, but not exclusively
Twin cylinder engine
Exhaust reminiscent of the Ducati 999's.

Need more hints? How about... it has a single-sided swingarm.
