Flushing the fluid.

Changed the brake fluid.
Made a mess, sprayed everywhere, so I went back and bought some hose to drain it into a bottle.
Got fluid all over the brake pads.
Rode it a little, pads oiled no doubt.
Wiped everything clean with green cleaner stuff.
Do I need to replace the pads?

As cheap as pads are it sure wouldn't hurt. Brake fluid is some mean stuff that and you don't know how it will affect the pads over time

You can get brake cleaner and clean the rotors, calipers, and brake pads real good, use a little steel wool on the pads along with the brake cleaner to get them good and clean. That should be fine. But, I always err on the side of caution... a new set of pads is cheaper than slamming into a truck or going off the road because I can't stop. The two most important components on a bike are tires and brakes.
