Tournament was this past weekend. I no longer have to be quite as much of a golf fanatic.

It looks like a Speed Triple and a Multistrada 1100 did the nasty.

That's a Versys with better ground clearance and better wheels and a bigger engine.

Yes please.

Yeah, it *is* a 600. It's not like you'll suddenly spin up the wheel like crazy.

If it was a torque monster like a KTM or Buell I'd say maybe hold off.

Pretty sure that "End Use Certificate Required" part relates to civilians not being able to buy them. I bet they can only go to LEOs or fire stations or something.

Spendy morning for me.

Ordered a Dell XPS 13 and a Timbuk2 Aviator Travel Backpack.

Got the go-ahead from my stepdad to order a Lang 48 Original smoker, he's buying half of it, so I'll be pulling the trigger on that soon.

I sense of humor is a must on any rice burner, but a name like Yamaha just begs for humor. You make jokes or you cry. I fell asleep in the shower crying. My mother named me T-Bag. And Yamaha is Japanese for "no unexpected break downs so you can ride our amazing motorcycles even more". I b...

On a more serious note though.. I hope any of you don't' think I actually have anything against triumphs. I think they are great bikes, and it's all meant to be friendly banter. It doesn't matter if you annoy the Triumph owners. You may not be faster than them, but just ride 10 miles and they won't...

I thought those were only stolen bikes?

I've *never* seen a bike for sale there that was anywhere near actual market value. Maybe they're all busted?

Re: Polokid's ZZR

If you want to be systematic, lay out tables (or just a big hunk of garage floor) and put down cardboard or butcher paper, something you can write on. As you take parts off, put them down on the table going left to right or whatever, and LABEL the parts. Then when you re-assemble, you work right to ...

Nah, he's who I was thinking of. Basically rainbowed his bike right over himself.

Also cracked a wheel laterally, which almost never happens. It was a heck of a yard sale.

Pavilion rentals are per hour. I'm going to scout the location and see if it's even worth it when I get a chance. The whole place is a picnic area and if we don't use a pavilion, it's free.

New date, new location. Everything is screwed up right now with flooding, all the parks at Benbrook are closed. This looks like a better location anyway, and by September we should be good on lake levels. Plus it hopefully won't be brutally hot.
