Re: MSRC 1.7 Oct 2nd
I thought about that 500R for a year before I got that, rode the 250 for over 2.5 years, I’m a conservative mover. I researched about a year now. I will definitely test the exact bike, I need about another $1500. I have an account set aside. I rode a ‘15 GSX-R750 in low mode and it was cool. Not too...

A86D5BB3-7C59-4AC9-BA9C-166DDDCF6A52.png I have to ride to and from, I don’t have time or space for a trailer, I’d love a transit connect, but for now it has to be street legal. It’s the best compromise I can come up with. Right now a slipper clutch and gear indicator would be heaven. You sit “in” ...

Re: MSRC 1.7 Oct 2nd
Well if your interested hit me up It’s a cool idea but I probably wouldn’t do it. The ‘13-15 ZX-6R has a low power mode that’s upper 80’s whp. I figure I get everything I want with that and electronics, ABS, similar to the big bikes, at a decent price. I turn it all on, get the suspension adjusted,...

Re: MSRC 1.7 Oct 2nd
You block off one cylinder and you get 450cc. Put down like 75 to the wheel and they qualify for this obscure racing class in some far off league, with the idea that you get a newer bike with better parts. I've actually thought about it. What year, miles is yours?

Re: MSRC 1.7 Oct 2nd
I wish they made a GSX-R450, so I don’t have to add a bunch of stuff. Other than that did most of the track in 4th, 5th and 6th. Tried to shift up to 7 a few times so that was new. Not too hot, had a blast, I can leave the bike, got plenty of credit, and ride in 3 weeks just lubing the chain...

Don't do it Shane. Don't desert the Big Wing that has been so faithful to you. Stay with the total control, even if it is down 15-30hp

18 wheeler air brake check
Anyone long haul or used to be? Do 18 wheelers have a manual release for their air brake pressure? I seem to get a ear full of air brake release fairly often, right when I'm passing with my window down, happens on the cycle too, but mostly in the cars. Doesn't matter if I'm passing quickly or less s...

I'm there for the make up also. Don't worry Shane I'll be in level one with you till the cows come home. Y'all leave me after a lap or two anyway. Next year ZX-6R though, then y'all can leave me after 4 or 5 laps.

Re: MSRC 9/10-11
I was supposed to work 9-11, I was going to get back on the horse that bucked me, and ride the 10th on the 1.3, but it showed full. So I wasn't in any hurry to get the 500 fixed. Now it shows space and the bike is in pieces and I'm not sure I can finish it in time

Re: RSV4 part out?
You can look up some of the more desirable items on EBay and CL, fairings, wheels, forks, gauges, stays, ect., and get an idea of value. It will take a long time probably.

Re: Yamaha Demo: Freedom Powersports of Lewisville June 30 July 1
Is anyone going to ride to this Demo on Friday, June 30th? If so, what time? I would like to go ride over there. Definitely go anyway. All you need is a motorcycle license and a little gear. It's a fun time for sure. Get there early so you can sign up for what you want. I was going to go but got ja...

Just an update: I'm totally fine, bruised sore shoulder, bruised ego, minor thumb sprain, calf is ok now. I feel better today than last night. I never thought I had a risk taking personality, but now I guess I'll have to raise my hand when Dave asks. I was really upset when I was in the truck with m...
