Thanks all. For some clarification, I'm not a "boss" and this person is either similar level or lower. We have employee classifications, but anything between a Manager and an Intern is pretty equal in the firepower department. It seems most of you follow the progressively aggressive model...

I've got 3 or 4 shields for my Shoei's. (clear and tint). It's not a big deal changing them out but having to carry the extra around with me to acclimate for daylight (or lack thereof) is what I'd like to avoid and is the biggest reason I want one. Hmmmm... St. Nick letter writing commencing...

I've been wanting one for my Shoei! Sweeeeeet! Now to justify breaking the budget...

Sounds crazy but think about your schnozz when trying them on. The best fit I've found is the Shoei.
