Having trouble tuning the carbs on your Ninja 250?

Try this solution

They also have a unit for large dirt bikes. If I had the time I'd love to fit it to my KTM.

I would love to fit the DR650 kit to my KTM. One of the users has a variable mixture adjuster on his right clipon. Imagine that. Instead of stripping your carb and adjusting needles and jets, you just tweak a dial.

That is ultra bad ass

If my project bike wasn't pre-gen I'd put this on there

From the posts in the forums listed on that site there are a few extra parts needed for a pre-gen, but it does work on them too. When it says gen 2 I think they are referring to the kit generation, not the motorcycle gen. Email the company and ask what would be needed to use it on a pre-gen.

What year is yours? According to the inatallation manual it works on 1995-2007 (pre-gen) models:
Note: This manual is based on a conversion of 1998
Ninja 250r model. Not all modifications and
installations are applicable to all Ninja 250r models;
most modifications are applicable to 1994~2007 (pregen) and 2008-now (new-gen) Ninja 250r models. If
your bike looks different than any of the pictures
included in this manual, please contact us for exact
installations of the whole kit.

01 but its not worth the money, if I had 17 inch wheels that would be a different story.

I have the mixture adjuster on my 9r. it is convenient, was thinking about getting one for my track bike down the road. http://www.flo-commander.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
