I just started paying people at the track day to do it. 5min and 15bucks. Fast easy and done right.

Anyone that needs $15. It's not hard and a one person brake bleeder kit for about $6 is all you need and actually all you really need is a hose and something to catch the brake fluid.

Fit the tubing to the bleed point, loosen the fitting, squeeze the brake lever, tighten the fitting, let go of the brake lever. Repeat and add brake fluid to the resivore as needed.

I have to do a full brake flush every 2 to 3 months, I second the speed bleeders.

Crack em open, pump the handle until the fluid comes out dark (silicone), close, repeat on the other bleeders, done.

Speed bleeders are one way bleed valves so you literately just pump the handle.

If your wanting to pressure bleed or vacuum bleed I'd pay the $15. I've done a vacuum bleed and it's a pita.

No need to look into them--they're dirt cheap ($7 each), just order 'em. I've had those on just about every bike I've owned, and they work great. I've only ever had one defective valve, all the others have performed flawlessly. I bleed my brakes after every track event, and up until recently I used to bleed the brakes on my SV in between races at the track. Bleed them well, and bleed them often! Also, get some high-quality brake pads and use premium brake fluid. I'm assuming you already have stainless-steel braided lines? If not, that is another must-have.
