I'm thinking for a cheap throw away set for the trip. They aren't THAT bad. Obviously not Q3's but for the price, to put it down some miles on the trip coming up and all that, it's not bad.

I've ran a few different types of BT's (Jim I think your running BT's right now :-) ) and they were ok, my biggest complaint is how greasy slick they feel until they are scrubbed in, otherwise once they are scrubbed in they are fine.

I might be, but I wouldn't buy them as replacement tires.
