Deep Freezer

Post by Telomere » Mon Oct 24, 2016 8:30 pm

We have a deep freezer that works great. It is old but just too big for us. The only thing that I can find on it that does not work (it have never worked since it was given to us) is the light in the freezer. I will post pics later; however, if you have been to our house, it is the freezer in the garage. We are giving it away for FREE!!! The catch---> YOU have to come pick it up and load it. If you want it delivered, there is a delivery fee of $250.

We have more of a need for a regular fridge than the freezer. We have no room in our current fridge after cooking all day Sunday and the deep freezer remains almost bare like Mother Hubbard's cupboard.

You could put some of the food from the fridge into the freezer. Then take it out the day before you need it.

Ummm...no. There is no point freezing food that will be consumed within a week.

Most of this food doesn't freeze well. I've done frozen meal prep before, it sucks

I am talking about you volunteering to warm up the freezer by getting in it yourself.

No no. I watched a punky Brewster episode once about her getting trapped inside one of those and nearly dying. I knew then that only bodies that are dead should be used.

Well, that was Punky Brewster. Are you Punky Brewster? Last I checked, you look nothing like her nor do you dress like her. I think you are good. I am pretty sure the freezer has more than enough room for you to fit in very comfortably and the lids doesn't latch or lock when shut (you can push the lid open when inside).
