Baby Food Jars

Post by DarcShadow » Tue Nov 26, 2013 2:26 pm

From the other threads talking of recycling. I have a nice collection of baby food jars if anyone would like some. THey come in handy for storing washers, nuts and things as well as good for mixing paints and what not.

I also have some empty plastic water bottles, a few empty yoghurt containers, and one empty pizza box. All gently used, and free to a good home.

Put them in that green container and leave them by the curb, somebody will pick them up I'm sure.

One thing I remember my Dad did with baby food jars was to nail/screw the lid to the bottom side of a shelf then put odds and ends, washers, nuts, fuses, etc. in the jar and screw it back to the lid so that the jar hung from the shelf and didn't take up any room on the actual shelf.

Yea I'm buying a few things to finish up my work bench. Here after Christmas I may hit you up. If I have anymore space. My dad did the same thing.
