You do realize that this day it will run clockwise?????

You probably need to change it to the 16th when it will run CCW.

Would July 16 be a good day to get an introduction to Cresson and get a feel of the Ride Smart routine etc? I see August 13 is also a Ride Smart track day at Cresson, I am interested in doing level 1 that day. If that is where I start.

A lot of us will be out of town near the 13th so probably not the best. Not sure how many will go the 16th but if I don't ride I will come out just to help out.

Just be prepared to be hot, otherwise there will be a couple of us out there, and no doubt we can find someone to help get you going in the morning.

Sounds good Rick, I will make plans to be there on the 16th in plenty of time to get oriented and maybe get in on a parade lap. Someone said something about discounts for first timers on the Ride Smart course and Leathers, that would be nice but not absolutely necessary. One other question, how fast do the level 1 classes fill up?

I have a 2 week back pack trip coming up with scouts and I think I will be very busy getting ready for that. I do plan on showing up on the 16th to get a feel of the routine. I hope one of their techs can take a look at my tires, brake pads and chain to see if I need to replace anything. If they run a parade lap that would be great to participate in and of course see all the fwmr killin it!!!!!

I'll have my 12x12 canopy, expect to be setup on Friday, and I'll be there both days if anyone else needs to stash something in the trailer overnight on Friday or Saturday. Might squeeze two bikes in if necessary.

I plan on setting my trailer, then to the side the canopy to commandeer a little width of space. Anyone else expecting to be out there Friday?

I'm not sure how full a sweltering hot July track day will be, but it doesn't look like anything is sold out as of yet.

Do you even remember where they track is, sometimes the mind suppresses traumatic events and places.

I haul in, I don't like riding to the track, I'm going to try to get there around 8 or so, maybe a little earlier note the word try. All depends on what time I get to bed the day before.

Is anyone leading a riding, or is there a group (small or large) getting together just to come out and check-out / watch / hang-out? We often have that happen on track days.

If so, that would be a good opportunity for Ducati Doom to get hooked-up and meet some peeps.

By the way Ducati Duck, we also have a guy who's board name is Demon Duck, or DD as we like to refer to him sometimes. You are officially christened either Duc Do, or DD2. :-) Seriously, look forward to meeting you. Look for my white v-nosed trailer with a big honking FWMR shark logo (like that in the top left corner), that should be easy to spot. Hope to be down to the left once you enter the track area, somewhere across from the classrooms or garages.

I plan on showing up to learn the routine, see how to prep the bikes, hopefully get my bike looked at to see if it passes(I'm in the level 1 class on Aug 13) and with luck get in a parade lap in.
