Hey kids...

Post by DLSGAP » Tue Mar 05, 2013 7:35 am

How's everyone been. I kinda fell off the face of the Earth for a bit. Turns out parts of it actually are flat... My random post yesterday about tires may have gone unnoticed by some so I thought I would say hi and reintroduce myself for those that don't know or remember me.

I'm Damien, 33. Been riding since '88 minus a couple of bikless stints. Currently, I ride a 2011 fz8 that's mostly stock aside from a fender elim, integrated tail, and an airbox mod.

Some of you saw me out at Cresson one day last year and that's when I decided that the fz8 is definitely not for the track. I just toodle around on it now and try to keep the front wheel down as it wheelies a lot easier than my zx10 did... The zx was a much better bike though.

Been lurking for a few days before posting and it's good to see some familiar names on the board.

Thanks miles.

Before anyone asks, I wasn't pulled over in the pic. I was at a police bike Rodeo parked next to a friends patrol bike

Thanks grinner... I lurked for a while after selling my ZX 10 but eventually got to the point where reading everyone's posts about rides or track days just got depressing so I stopped torturing myself for a while

Man this guy is back?

I remember this one time when he got completely smashed on at the F&H in Addison, and almost puked on his girlfriend. It was his Bday though. haha.

Man that was 2006

And she wasn't my girlfriend.... She was a crazy stalker that wasn't even invited.. And I remember that night well.. After 230 ounces of Guinness, about 8 shots, wings, and chocolate cake..... I did in fact puke on her... All over her new shoes... Didn't stop her from wanting to take me home. Thank god someone ran interference and got rid of her

That's right, you did puke on her shoes. Right at the table if I remember. Didn't you also try to go to the womens bathroom to puke?

Lol no, but I had 3 other girls in the handicap stall of the men's room while I was chucking up round 2

That's right, it was the ladies in the mens room, not you in the ladies room.

You were right.. I stumbled across an old post about that night. I did try to go to the ladies room (wanted to nap on the couch) and a few kind gals helped me into the men's room
