cake doesn't have a holiday, but Pie does! So in honor of 1/23 national pie day i will be going out to buy a pie!!!!

I think they got the date wrong...pie should not have 2 days!!! National pie day should be on 3/14.

BTW, have you ever had chocolate chip cookie-pie?

Mix a normal batch of chocolate chip cookie dough. Scoop it into ramekins, about 1 cup of dough per. Bake at 350 for ~30-40 minutes, until you have a nice baked-cookie top, and a gooey-warm cookie dough center. Plop a big scoop of vanilla ice cream on top and enjoy. F'n awesome.

You get a premade pie crust, then leave some ice cream sitting out until it gets soft. Scoop it into the crust and flatten the top. Then you get that chocolate syrup that hardens to a shell and pour that on top. Throw the whole thing back in the freezer and you've got ice cream pie.
