Feeler: Collin Edwards Texas tornado boot camp

Post by DLSGAP » Sat Apr 27, 2013 7:47 am

Trying to see if I can get enough people together to where we can have the whole class for ourselves. Also working to hash out a deal for the group. Don't have details yet but I'm just trying to see how many people would be interested

That's one of the details I'm waiting to hear back on... I'm sure the more we get the better it would be though

I have looked into that for both of my girls but I couldn't afford it for both of them.

4 day camp is $2300 and 2 day camp is $1300 but if you want VIP room then it will be $3200 and $2000. Here is the link to their website. http://texastornadobootcamp.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; I don't know how much it will cost for just one day (maybe $600).

EDIT: I found how much 1 day cost http://texastornadobootcamp.com/track-d ... -advanced/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; $350 (lunch and drinks provided) and if you want an overnight stay for 2 days, it will be $750, which includes lunch, dinner, breakfast, and drinks.

$350 isn't bad for a one day thing. I could be interested in it for that, depending on dates.

I was thinking that too but I read the website and spectators are not allowed. They also provide the bikes and gear, which makes a difference too.

No spectators is understandable. They might make an exception for parents I would think.

Maybe but I am not too worried about it since they provide bikes (either I can sign up or Rick can :D )

I've wanted to take his class. Depends on the timing of course, but I'm interested.

Depends on funds and such. I would be interested but it all depends on the $$ and dates.

Looks like dates would probably be June 29 or 30.... Estimating cost around 250 to 300. Haven't heard final word on that yet. I have this posted on other forums as well so if you're seriously interested, email me at dlsgap@gmail.com so I can compile a list of those wanting to attend

By the time I pay the gas money to drive down there I don't see the value for my money, that's like two track days for me.
