ok, so the homemade bead breaker made out of a 2x4 work excellent!!!! The zip ties required a little work, but when it came to pull it off i could see that it was possible, but i just couldn't do it. I finally cut the zip ties and used a pry bar to get the tire off. I dno't think i'm even going to attempt to put the tire back on so....i'd say it's a fail. If i would have had one more set of hands i'd say it would have been pretty easy

In traffic when she gets cut off she yells out the window... "Pull over and he will kick your arse!". Im always telling her thanks for that.

So lately I've bought a big dining room table and a dresser, going to buy some paint, stain, and varnish in the near term for a couple projects, and probably also going to be paying a guy to paint all my ceilings. If there's money left over after that, I'm buying a new bed, night stands, and mattress, then my house is relatively where I want it to be. I just need to get unpacking and setting things up, but that's the goal for July when I have the free weekends.

Oh, and this whole house buying thing is seriously messing with my lust for a new Retina Macbook Pro.

I bought this long ago. It paid for itself the first time I used it, and I've used it dozens of times since. It takes about 15 minutes to get the wheel off the bike, change the tire and re-install the wheel. (Balancing can take 5 - 15 minutes.)

The 3-piece? That's the one I've got and it's freakin' awesome. Best motorcycle-related purchase I've made since my bluetooth headset.

The new scala allows up to 8 to be connected, I'd upgrade to the new one if more of you blokes would buy them.

Hell I've thought about throwing one in the club raffle just to try to get them to catch on.

Is that 1 mile a line of sight? Most radios that claim 2 miles are lucky to get 1 mile with the turain and trees we ride in.
