You can still go to the grocery store, pharmacy, doctor appointments, auto repair shops, etc., and go outside to exercise. It just means some people who had been going in to work can't now.

IMO, for the metorplex being either stay-at-home or shelter-in-place, there is a lot of traffic on the roads.

Probably people running from store to store hoarding anything they can find. Tomorrow I think I'm going to get the motorcycle inspected. Registration runs out at the end of April.

At 5am??? On the highways, I expect there to be more traffic. Not on the inner city streets though. To each their own. I will make sure i get an arrest on video when the cops begin arresting these rebels.

Vehicle registration expiration supposedly won't get you a ticket during the state of emergency.

The description of businesses that are essential is pretty wide open. It seems like more businesses will be open than closed. Not to mention you are allowed to go out and do lots of stuff anyway. For my part, my boss gave me a letter saying I was supporting critical infrastructure. But I work from home as much as I can.

I don't have a letter and I am not worried about it at all. I don't foresee them pulling people over to check. I think a big part of it was to keep those who are/were acting like this was an extended vacation time from doing that (as many state parks are closing and some national parks over the number of visitors and supposedly positive covid-people showing up and exposing the staff).

No, I don't think it will be an issue either. I'm sure the police really don't want to interact with more people than absolutely necessary.

But with weekend options limited, I did notice that Borderlands 3 is out.

Steam has it as of last week. Rick and I have been playing it. :)
