That sounds familiar, like maybe we hit it on one of the Arkansas trips. It comes into Mena so I'm pretty sure we were on part of it anyway, don't think we ran the whole thing.

I looked, I don't have any routes for the Arkansas trips.

This reply is late so it is probably no longer relevant..I've been on that road several times.....other than a 55 mph speed limit (sometimes going down to 45) and an occasional obnoxious large group of V-twins parading down it at 10 under the limit...it is an enjoyable ride.
It has a higher speed limit than the Natchez Trace and is much more scenic with lots of pull outs with views, it is unfortunately much shorter.
Be sure to take the Indian Hwy north out of Honobia to Talihina.

I saw a bear crossing the road there, it very much surprised me as I always assumed the nearest bear habitat to DFW was in Big Bend.

Our V-Twin coping strategy has usually worked for us: A) If it looks like the macho kind of group in full pirate regalia and lots of get back whips, then find a pull out and wait twice as long as you think you need to for them to get to the other end. B) If they have several riding 2 up and wearing helmets then keep going behind them as they will usually pull out for photo taking before too long. Option A can backfire (happened to us once) where just as you are about to take off a second group goes by in the same direction :-o ...so keep an ear peeled for them, you can hear them coming if you don't leave your helmet on and ear plugs in while you're waiting. :-D

yea I noticed the road was kinda short, been thinking about how to mix it up a bit because that's a haul for a not so long road.

Here another decent section by "three sticks" monument https://go.rever.co/yNnpT3SHCib

You can have fun riding up and down that mountain a couple of times
