I kind of try to just not exert firm force on the bike from any direction. Just ride it like I'm trying to do it without the bike knowing that I am there. Just loose. Fingers wrapped around the bars no tighter than I would maybe a light kitchen broom, for the right hand just the minimum to get traction on the throttle. Just let the bike do it's thing.
Loose is good. And don't pretend like you know how a broom fits your hand. :-)

They make brooms for men? I thought only women were allowed to buy them... :SideSplittingLaughter:

I am a factory worker. I have spent plenty of time with my hands on a broom. And when I say kitchen broom I mean a type of broom not necessarily the place where I am using it.

My woman is just as likely to whoop my ass as I am hers. We decided to buck the norm and be happy instead. :) And I have for the record operated a broom in the kitchen plenty of times as well.

Last time I even saw a broom in a kitchen was when I was a kid at my Grandma's house.

I leaned one up in the corner the other day...sadly my hands reacted off of muscle memory, but I made sure Amy didn't see me with it.

10-4 on brooms in the factory.
