The sad thing is if you go on FB and see the comments on the original post .... so many people think the old guy was in the clear. A freaking MAZING Yeah, that part is truly mind-boggling. I suspect that this is at least in part due to the strong anti-biker sentiments among the cagers in this count...

The fact that this all happened on a double yellow is going to throw a wrench in the works. Yes the car driver is an ass but at the same time, had the biker not been making an illegal pass none of this would ever of happened. So who is to blame? I'm not a lawyer, so I won't argue about the legaliti...
