they did in the class i took but that was in Tennessee....but the roads in that area would require it to be used ALOT more than here....i still use it here... i jsut don't wear out my front tire here like i did back there...

i think any bike approaching or beyond 10 years old.. you should go stock with any restoration of body work. Its more than likely to stand out and get noticed as a really nice original than just another paint job. of course this wont apply when i make my bike into a stealth fighter this winter
