It wasn't me that couldn't stomach it. Due to an unforeseen evacuation of the research labs for nearly 2 weeks, the scientific research being performed had to be either cancelled or put on hold. The nature of this particular test was one that could not be put on hold, it was a choice of continuing the testing without lab personnel to facilitate the necessary procedures, one of these was the constant monitoring and adjusting of experimentation vessel gas pressures. At the rate of gas being generated during decomposition, pressures were constantly building up and without a manual reduction in the pressures of each experimentation vessel, dangerous and catastrophic pressures would have built up triggering the experimentation vessels to explode, therefore invalidating the results of the entire test. A decision had to be made to end the scientific experimentation once clear results had already been produced.
