Top speed is 25mph and max distance of 100' so don't think it'd be able to follow on the track, although the 1.3 at MSR might be tight enough that it could keep up by cutting the corners.

I wonder what would happen if 2 or 3 of these were trying to follow people around the track at the same time. Wonder if they would run into each other.

Tech specs. say that it does not have collision avoidance at this time. The FAQ section indicated they are working on an option to have multiple cameras following the same person, so some sort of avoidance would be necessary I would think.

They don't fly nearly fast enough for that.
