I've signed up for a CPR class (next month I think?) off FM4 out where we like to ride, it's late on a Friday.
I have been CPR certified but it's expired so I guess it's time to refresh, if anyone is interested in attending let me know and I'll send you the details.

There are many medical interventions that may or may not be of benefit, but there are some have been shown in studies to be absolutely effective. "High quality" CPR as opposed to "Poor quality CPR" with EMS en route can be the difference between life and death! Having more than one trained person available to change with the person performing chest compressions is essential to maintaining High-quality CPR.
