I didnt know the 08-09 dimensions were the same, so thats lucky.

As for the narrower swingarm dimension, seems to me that the critical issue is sprocket alignment. If we keep that in line, we can measure the wheel/tyre arc and make sure we keep the center of it in the same place as the original tyre.

Put DS or T-Rex on the dimensions. :-) You'll end up with CAD drawings and tolerances that NOBODY can meet! :D
