Does anyone have an extra set of gloves I can try tomorrow? Or at the very least, I may be trying some of you guy's gloves on before I order some more. I've went to two different cycle gears, and family powersports in Hurst and haven't found anything that fits and I like. So before I order some online I wanted to see how the sizes fit. I usually wear Joe Rocket's, but may switch. Alpinestars don't fit me unless I get a 3X or 4X, and cyclegear is mostly carrying bilt now :( Otherwise, I'll see you guys and gals (my friend Michelle with the Ninja 250 is coming also) in the AM.

Yeah dude I have a few pairs that I picked up at cyclegear when they were like $10 on clearance. mostly summer gloves 3xl in size. Some don't fit and if they fit you then you're welcome to them.

Probably out. Looks like the CBR needs a new battery, but I need to make sure that there is no other issue.

I'd let you try mine, but I doubt you could get your hand in any of my gloves.

Should be a nice little 200 mile ish cruise. Be sure to top off your tank before we leave. See everyone there!

Total distance will be approximately 200 miles. As for gas, we will plan to make shorter 50 to 60 mile trips between gas stops, as it is summer in Texas and we need to be sure to rehydrate every chance possible. For anyone new out there, this is a moderate (two-ups are more than welcome), do not expect to get anywhere close to putting a knee down or anything like that. This ride is for becoming familiar with riding in our group and feeling a decent pace and rhythm through the sweeping turns of the countryside.

See everyone in the morning hungry for a relaxing country ride.

Awesome turn out and ride. Thank you everyone for showing up, joining in and braving the heat. Sorry we missed you Stiple, don't feel bad, you were not the only one that missed the ride because of battery issues. And thanks you Nick, for running tail.

Thanks, Nick. It was great and you did a great job tailing. Oh, sorry for the scare too but I can't exactly do twisties without my eyes. I wish I could but I don't really want to have Fixxer fix my bike again :) Thanks, MOS for a great ride!! I thoroughly enjoyed my first club ride :-) I do plan on doing more as long as there are no gravel roads involved. Nothing against Darcshadow, just against gravel roads.

Dangit, I think I'm going to have to go get a shake now. :)

Although it was good to get all my apartment stuff taken care of.

Sry I missed it yall but when I tried to clear it with my wife she reminded me we had a class to go to for fostering. The best part is we got there and they decided to have it in a different location without letting us know. We did however get to look at some houses and might be putting a bid on one YAY!
