Finally found a used Sena 10U for my Shoei GT Air. I've had the Sena 10C Evo pre-ordered since February, but it seems that by the time it comes out I'll need a new helmet...

Just ordered a couple of Belkin Wemo Mini Smart Plugs. Trying to get into the current century with new tech. :D

I'll use one to turn on my living room light and one for my nightstand light. Maybe I will mess with the cats and turn the lights on and off when I'm not home. :-D

Adventure Bike Tax. A couple months ago got busted for 94 in a 60 on the GS heading to work. Just heard from the lawyer, $205 fine and 30 days probation. Probation doesn't start until Dec 21, though.

Yeah. You can hear the smile over the radios. Next will be a dirt bike for myself to keep up with him.

It's a Chinese knock off of a Honda. It's a TAO TAO ATA-110D. Fingers crossed it's one of the better ones. There are mixed reviews online seems about half the people get one and have no or few problems and half get one and have nothing but problems.

Not my task is to find someplace he can ride that is a bit more fun than just around the yard/neighborhood.

Tell me when you want and we can go to trophy club. They have a kids only area. I'll bring out my nephew and you can also ride my dirt bike.

Cool, I was looking at that place online. Have to have an OHV license though. I'd rather take him someplace that you don't need one, at least till I'm sure he'll like it and want to do it more than just once. So far, he's not a big fan of riding in the grass, just want's to go fast on the neighborhood streets. :) Although I suspect once he sees other people riding in the dirt, and I take out some of the throttle restriction, he'll like riding in the dirt more.

You don't need a ohv. I go all the time and the people I go with as with as well don't ever use one

Trophy Club is a fun place to ride, wish I lived closer. The first time I went there was a gate attendant on duty and I was obliged to purchase an OHV sticker. I have been other times since when no one was on duty, just used the kiosk to pay so I guess anyone could go at that time without an OHV sticker.

The guy at the front desk / gate /entry is not the one that cares about your OHV, it's the police. Mr. protect and service will roll through and fine you.

Two? Oh come on. Do you need two of every bike? Is there a second GS coming?

Well one was by proxy but I technically looked at it, paid money, took the title and hauled it home so I actually bought 2.

Here is the proxy buy
