I don't know about that. I'm not really "afraid" of anything, and have a surprising high tolerance for pain. Naturally I'll do what I can to avoid it, but wouldn't say I'm afraid of it. I honestly can not remember the last time I was truly scared or afraid.

When my left arm curled up with pain so strong all I could do is sit stoned off my ass on god knows what all pills just sitting there trying not to drool - the fear of being trapped like that for a very long time was pretty bad, life was over. If someone told me that was my lot in life I would have ended it.

I was ready to be fixed or die.

This could be a fun new racing format: not only do you have to focus on passing and not being passed, but you must also attempt to dodge shots from drones that are circulating the track. Throw in some chains to swing for the riders, and we've got ourselves a fun new format! :))
Well, a cool new video game if nothing else.
Actually a remake of a classic video game.

In this country, you have a much higher probability of dying in your bathtub than from snakebite. Yet relatively few people are scared shitless when they need to take a shower/bath. Its just another illogical fear that only seems logical to those who don't know much about the subjects (or those who have had a traumatic past experience, which is a miniscule minority).

I respect snakes, but they don't respect me. So I gotta beat their slithering asses down.

It's not the snakes I'm worried about... red ants... evil bastards. So if the snakes do their job and eat the red ants (and some wasps too!!!! and big ass spiders), then snakes are good.

I have taken a new view on snakes. I have this friend that loves them so in order to respect his wishes I have decided I will not kill any snakes. However in an effort to make sure I am safe from any snake that does not feel kind enough to return the favor I have purchased 2 mongooses to let loose out on the farm as well as collected a few baby raccoons that should help once older as well. My hands are clean.
