Intermediate Saturday July 25th

FWMR Club Ride

Meetup: Sonic on Clifford St. in White Settlement
Kick stands up: 10:02am(you heard right)
Ride Leader: Fixxervi6

This will be an intermediate pace ride. The pace on the country roads is what we call spirited and has a tendency to remain above posted speeds. On an Intermediate ride the ride leader will keep an eye on the group but is also focused on riding his/her own ride. Intermediate rides the riders are expected to be comfortable riding with the group and have good self control, allowing the ride leader to "relax" a bit.

Please be dressed appropriately, full face helmet, zip together mesh at a minimum (leathers recommended), appropriate motorcycle boots and gloves, jeans are not appropriate protection for intermediate rides.

WHO'S UP FOR AN ADVENTURE!!!!! I have several roads and routes I've been wanting to try but it requires some distance and scoping out some roads but guess what, it's simply TOO DAMN HOT. So here is the thinking, we haul ass out to lunch with an efficient route, kick in a few unknown roads, maybe they will be good, maybe they will suck, maybe we will run out of gas - maybe we will be captured and made to squeal like pigs! (seriously I'm just making up the gas stop as I go). Eat, try out some new roads and haul ass back to outrun the heat. About an hour and a half to lunch and about an hour and a half back assuming we don't get into too much adventure. But seriously, I haven't been on some of these roads so I'm scoping them out and just making some of this up on the fly.

Out. I have rocket launch at 8am and then have to pick Cait up from Sid Richardson (she's done at 3pm but I will need to leave around 1ish). Have fun!

Im on on this one. Girlfriend bought a bike.... trying to get it ready for her. Carbs cleaned. Needs put back together. And I gotta figure out what to do with the old gas thats been sitting in it over a year.

I think we may need to find a new place to meet...one that has more men's room stalls. I think our biggest problem on consistently leaving on time is people lined up to go to the bathroom.

I didn't notice a problem with the restroom line holding us up, I thought it was waiting on the triumphs to get glued back together before we could leave.
