Sorry I ended up leaving early. I wasn't feeling all that great and had to bug out.

Had a good time last night. I'm quite impressed with my ninja skills--I took off to go to work and got back an hour later and Vic didn't even know I'd left. :)

I'll hopefully get to make it to more bike nights if the venue stays the Pour House. It's literally a mile down the street from my apartment.

Hey guys and ladies!!

Me and my buds that rode with me over from Mineral Wells had a great time with your club. Your members are very cool and talked to all of us and introduced us to many of you guys. We met Ann, Grinners girlfriend and she is a blast to talk to. Also the videos of the Barber track we watched were pretty sweet especially Snail lightening up those turns. We hope to keep up with you guys and check things out a little more. Thanks for the invite and thanks to Demonduck for the downtown cruise or should I say downtown detour on the way there - lmao.

God Speed!!

Food?
Tasty - everything I tried was good. Chips were crispy, sandwiches were good. Salsa left me wanting something better, but good heat in it. Salsa may be better if it wasn't cold from the refridgerator

Atmosphere?
Still that Industrial/Concrete minimilist vibe going. Like it though booths are not for mingling. I think if they put us off on that one side where the Fantasy Footballers were, with the tall Bar Tables, that would be pretty nice.
Eye Candy?
You guys all look the same. :-)
Other patrons of the bar were hip and successful looking.

Parking?
I like the parking up on the railing at the front like that.
Auto parking I was told is across the street ( 7th) and behind the bank.

Location?
Don't like the location. The roads leading up to the place are rough and need to be resurfaced. Feels like it's kind of far (timewise) from the freeway.

Drinks?
Beers were on average 0.50 less expensive than F&H. Got a free coke! F&H charged me $2.85 lat time I ordered a coke after drinking beers.

Entertainment?
You guys are funny.

Service?
Good and fast! Food comes quick, like 5 minutes quick.

Whatever else you'd like to mention.
I like the Patio area and it will be all the nicer once it cools off. I think the intent of the patio area is a quiet place to go if the inside gets noisy.(DJ's and bands.) A couple of tall bar tables out there, to have a place to mingle/visit.

Yep, three stiff drinks + dinner for 2 for <$25. Heckuvalot cheaper then F&H.

Still not a fan of the place. No one thing really, just doesn't "feel" right.

We over loaded the server and she was having a hard time keeping track of every one but I don't believe she screwed up any orders. The more open area to the side might make it a bit easier for the server.

Food prices were pretty much the same at F&H and the quality of food isn't any better or worse than at F&H in my oppion, just different. Don't drink so drink prices don't matter to me.

Still like F&H better with the half the large room to ourselves and the other half usually empty and pool tables to play and wonder around.

I for one liked this place a lot more then the F&H. a lot more traffic going by I saw 4 or 5 bikes pull thru the parking lot just to see what was going on. Only bad thing that I found was that at 9pm they go 21 and over. They came up to cake ninja and asked him to leave. Maybe we could talk to mgt about letting them stay if they stay with the group or one of our members can become his "parent or guardian" at each bike night

Good seeing everyone, nice place but it'll take me a while to get comfortable there.
Im with ya on the close call K!
We made it almost home to turn off 377 to the house and some Kadouche in a black, about 2004 model, F-350 Crew Cab Dually, with tinted windows and a pop-up stereo display, mudflaps and plate cover had bighamms on it if I remember correctly, decided it would be okay to park his hood about three feet off Pink's back while I was slowing to make the turn. She probably could have turned around and stepped onto his hood he was so close. Then he damn near clipped us with the fender as I made the turn. People like this just dont seem to understand in a smaller community like our neck of the woods, there is far more likely a chance for me to run into your sorry ass the next time I go to walmart. :))
Outside of that bullshit, we had an awesome time last night and once I finally get settled back into things, Im probably gonna have to start goin up there on the weekends every now and then!

I personally like it ten times more than F&H (minus Ann of course) I'm pretty sure we can work something out Cake Ninja.

I've taken a few photos at bike nights this year, so I put them into an album. Some are Pour House, some are Fox and Hound.
