Motorcycle Only Parking at work...

Today we finally got our Motorcycle Only Parking and talk about the hail storm that came down from some of the people in cars. BooHoo!!! They lost some spots to park. Anyway, here are a few reasons to ride and have our own parking. #1 reason, its Freakin' Fun to ride!!!!

- Fewer automotive parking spots taken
- Motorcycles will have a safer, legal place to park with less likelihood of damage from car bumpers.
- Motorcycles contribute far less to traffic congestion
- Motorcycles use less precious fossil fuels
- Motorcycles emit fewer emissions into the environment

Amen to that! We don't have 'official' motorcycle parking at work, however there are some areas in our parking garage that are striped off as no-park areas that they allow parking of motorcycles. The spot I park in is right next to one of the security cameras... I feel better about my bike being parked there than in my own garage!

Had'nt thought about that, we have some IP cameras and could mount one in an office downstairs and point it at our bikes. Hmmmmm.
