I think 'old school' is a good idea. That's how the club started and it would give everyone a chance to see how most of the clubs gather. :HeadScratch:

Alright... the usual Sonic in White Settlement? Or is there another one around more conducive to large groups?

I think a different one would be better, that one is a bit small regarding outside tables. There's one on Camp Bowie near Bryant Irving that has a bit larger area for tables. Or we could take over the chicken express in white settlement, they have a good size parking lot and a few out door tables.

I'll vote Sonic. I like their ice cream. The Camp Bowie location is still pretty central to everyone. Let's get this decided and put up an 'official' thread with this week's info. Benny/don/matt/jim/blizz/snail - opinions?

I don't think we could go here. We'd probably get thrown out... Reasons highlited.

I like Will's idea. It seems like a place that won't really be too crowded with the game on, and those of us who want to watch the Rangers in their first ever World Series can probably catch some of it there also!

Realizing that this is a done deal, I still want to mention Freds.
It's right off 7th, has no TV's, good patio with drinks and burgers. Might be a good fallback position in the future...

M&O Burger is right near there also. I was in there last night--there were two other people in the joint when the National Anthem was being sung for the baseball game, so no worries about them being overcrowded. No alcohol though.
