Drive Wear Lenses

Just found out that Drive Wear lenses are now available in Oakley sunglasses. Ordered them today and the best part is they now come in different colors besides the yellow! Blue Ice Iridium Drive Wear!!!!! Good bye to multiple pairs of glasses on long trips...I hope!

Drive wear Balked!! They took the order said they could make them and I just got a call saying htey were not available in the color they agreed to and the best they could do is grey or that gay orange color (no offense to kawi orange) So blue polarized straight form oakley and a set of Oakley photochromic's. Hello again to multiple sets of glasses on the bike!

I am in my office in Cali this week and just dicsovered Drive Wear headquarters are less than a mile form my office. So I called and scheudled an appointment with a rep tomorrow.!!

HA at least i will get to bitch and moan to a human.

well I am imopressed with the Oakley Photochromis driving lenses. They adjust instantly to light changes.

I am wondering how long it would take sunglass companies to catch on to the technology used in automatic welding helmets. Instantly dark when it detects the bright light from welding before the light can even impact your retina.

I've never seen any with batteries, just the solar type cells, I imagine a welding arc puts off MORE than enough power to be able to power whatever simple device darkens the shield.
