New levers

Post by Polokid69 » Tue Jul 17, 2012 5:40 am

Just got a new pair of levers and installed the front break lever. Any trick to the clutch lever ? I know it has the clutch cable you have to connect, any pitfalls or tips ?

I just recently had to replace the P-nut on my clutch cable and I took the lever off, connected the cable, then re-installed the lever. That way I didn't have to worry about all of the re-adjustments. It was easy on the SV.

Gonna try it this afternoon. Bike looks funny now, has one black lever, 1 green one, lol, maybe it will start a trend.

Thanks, I love the fact they are adjustable. I have matching bar ends but need to drill them to make them fit still.
