Fun afternoon but for all that wind. Blew me all over the place on the way home.

Thanks to everyone for the ride today and letting me tag along. There are a lot of fun roads southwest of Fort Worth.

I hope the rider that crashed today heals up quickly.

The meatball, he's ok, rashed up knees, bike fared fairly well too, some minor work and it'll be good to go.

Not THE meatball. A meatball. If you need any help stardog, lemme know. I have pieced together a few in my day. Nice meeting the new riders! Hope to see you guys around. Thanks for the ride matt.

Where? Details man. Details!
Temperature, humidity, wind direction, gravel, leaves, grass clippings, small critters?
What happened? Tell the tale Stardog.
I thought all you had to do was turn right out of the parking lot and go north?

It was nice to meet everyone. Seems like a fun group and never heard any banjo music. :-D

Unless work gets in the way, I will be at Cresson on the 18th to get some track practice in.

Ouch.

Stardog, you might want to look into some Kevlar-reinforced jeans. These are my daily wear pants:

I'm terrible about actually bothering to put on over-pants, so I wear these every day for extra protection, since I commute to work on my motorcycle daily.

Holy Jeebus, talk about good timing. Just got an email from amazon saying that the front tire that I've already got on my wishlist has been marked down like 70 bux. I'd be a tad more excited if I could bend my knees properly though.
