Need some help adjusting suspension.

Anyone here willing to give me a hand adjusting my suspension? My ninja 650 didn't have any ajustments except for preload on the rear. I have no clue where to start even after watching 10 clicks.

$40 at a ridesmart track day is tough to beat for an adjustment. I don't even bother with it, for that cheap I just take it to roger.

I know about that deal but next trackday is a not for a while. I need some adjustment sooner then that.
