Not quite as life-threatening, but riding from Mena, AR back home over labor day weekend with a back that had just gotten thrown out. That ride *sucked*. What it lacked in pain compared to yours it made up for in duration.

So far I'm *loving* the Versys. I'm beginning to understand what the supermoto guys are all about. Compared to my C14 the Versys is just super light and narrow and flickable.
