Primarily the regular bleed screws. The gray stuff on the speed bleeders' threads are a thread sealant, however a loop or two over the threads wouldn't hurt. Trim the ends if you use tape. You don't want little bits floating around inside your calipers.

A little ptfe tape on the threads keeps air from coming in through the threads.
