Re: TwinPeaks-Waco
Everybody needs to check themselves on the "criminals deserve to die" talk. That attitude is bullshit. Last I checked our club doesn't follow all the traffic laws all the time. WE are criminals. There are plenty of people who look at sport bikers the same way some of you are looking at 1%e...

Re: Most recent purchase thread!
Just looking at the IR grills this weekend. Lost mine I'm the divorce. They cook great IMO. It is great. We cooked a lot of stuff on it yesterday, quite impressed. Interesting. My first thought is LOL, WUT? But on the other hand, you're not unskilled in the ways of BBQ and grilling. I may have to g...

Sure just don't do outside passes in the schmutz like that guy we saw video of (the guy who crashed his S1000RR, got it fixed, we watched him on video at COTA, then he crashed AGAIN doing the SAME THING).

Jim I haven't even installed mine yet, and don't really need to anytime soon. If you want you can scrounge parts from mine and give me whatever you eventually get back from Sena if you want it for Big Bend.

Crap, I didn't realize anyone was actually being serious. :-) It has come up multiple times. When FWMR started, the Bandidos showed up and had a very frank conversation with Terry. Regardless of what you think about 1% bikers, they're not messing around. I saw a lot of pictures from down in ...

Re: FWMR Club Picnic - RESCHEDULED, DATE TBA!!!
I know guys, and if it wasn't severe thunderstorms we'd be there. But seriously, 20mph winds and potential nastiness is *not* fun picnic weather.
I'm wishing I'd picked last weekend way back. That would have been perfect.

Re: FWMR Club Picnic - Saturday May 9th at Benbrook Lake
So I've been waiting to see what the weather is going to look like--I'm officially calling a reschedule of this. Scattered strong thunderstorms. Damaging winds, large hail and possibly a tornado with some storms. High 82F. Winds SSE at 15 to 25 mph. Chance of rain 50%. Rain I can handle. Severe stor...

Re: FWMR Club Picnic - Saturday May 9th at Benbrook Lake
We should have an event coordinator start a list of who is bringing what and what is needed. :) The event coordinator posted relevant info in the OP, thank you very much. :D That said, Benny if you bring that stuff it saves the club having to buy it this week. Up to you, but that stuff is in the bu...

Just a reminder everybody, this is happening Saturday rain or shine. We've got a big pavilion, we should be able to stay dry-ish.

We're getting a rear-stand with swivel casters to more easily move the bikes around, but yeah, when you own 2 bikes and 2 cars, and only have a 2-car garage, one of the cars has to take one for the team and stay outside. I own one bike, one car, and have a two car garage and the truck still lives o...

I know. That's why saying "ooh, Busa engine" is silly. Jet Skis come with 1500cc engines for the same reason sport-tourers do, big heavy thing with multiple people to move around.

DS has basically a 4 car with 3 doors. It's not a L, but there's an angle between the 2 car door and the 1 car door where you can squeeze another car.
