Not if you keep dropping it, eventually something is going to break.
Do yourself a favor, go look at a HP curve for your GSXR. See how it stays nice and low until it revs really high like over 10k? There's nothing to be afraid of as long as you aren't screaming the engine and dumping the clutch.
Now go look at a torque curve. See how its REALLY low at low RPMs? That's why it's stalling.
Throttle up to 4k-5k to take off from a stop every time. Use the clutch to control your speed at launch, not the throttle.
Or if you're that scared of it, get a 650 twin instead of a 600 I-4.
