Where are the lunch photos? There is usually a group shot of people stuffing their faces.

Re: Moderate Club Ride 4/7 - CANCELLED
I got a used secondary throttle valve actuator off of a motor on craigslist for $40. It functions correctly but if it fails at least I have one to send out to be professionally modified (they fix the weak points) and one to ghetto back to functional condition in the mean time. I didn't mention to the shop that I bought it from that a new one is $800.

$800 bucks? Ouch!!! Thats steep. You could pick-up a low mileage motor on ebay or craigslist for cheaper than that.

All anyone ever needs is the actuator but it is sold as a complete throttle body assembly.
