Day 10
Random stuff I say:
Women are like square roots, if they're under 17 you just have to do them in your head.
What would you be if you were attached to another object by an incline plane, wrapped helicly around an axis?

How many times have you repeated this challenge after completing it?

Re: How do you get/stay in shape?
There are many variations of the challenge. But really just keep upping the reps or do the 300 workout. I'm not following a diet plan so I dont expect much results.

Whether you follow a diet plan or not, I expect those particular muscles to be stronger than there were before you started. I would count that as results!!fireblade wrote:There are many variations of the challenge. But really just keep upping the reps or do the 300 workout.
