Are we going to get a group together and ride up there?

There are $2 off coupons at some of the bike shops around. I know Honda Town on 121 had some as of yesterday.

Did anybody else go to the Forth Worth International Moto Show?
Saw Dave from RideSmart but didn't bump across anybody else Saturday...

Spare me the crotch bike is the only cool stuff out there talk,
any of ya'll see this sharp looking bike, it's a Har ley VRSCDX Night Rod Special
I thought it looked cool, it was comfortable, been thinking about getting just a fun
slower ride, something the miss would actually get on with me and just ride to local places ...

Any HD dudes out here, if you have any history about this bike, I'd like to hear your thoughts, thanks!

Cheers

Matt, Jeff and I went out Friday night.

We went by all the bikes and I was hoping the Repsol Honda would be there. No such luck.

I was also disappointed with the blue GSXR1k but the orange and black one looked real nice.

A good friend and I road out at about 11am to the show. There was more people there than what I thought would be there for a sunday. I like the  gxsr1k, zx10, R1, cbr100rr they all looked great. There were also some nice cruisers out there also.

Jose that harley looks like a yamaha warrior.

I went out there Sat. morning with the wife. Pretty cool being able to sit on all of the new bikes out. I really liked the look of Honda's new 600RR with the exception of the tail light assembly being part of the license plate holder :-? , looks almost impossible to modify. The new GSXR 1K looked worse in person than the pictures! Sorry but those dual exhausts are hideous, I think smaller aftermarket pipes will make the bike look 100% better. I think the most uncomfortable bike I sat on was the MV Agusta F4, and this is my all time favorite bike, but not worth 23K. Overall, it was a good show for me.

If you're not riding on the edge, you're taking up too much space.

I was out there Sat evening and ran into JR2. He said Dragonfly had just left. I saw/met Redneck2. He was working the Ridesmart booth. Good show. Had fun looking at all the new bikes, and seeing how many I could never ride do to height restrictions. I was looking for the "Must be this tall to ride" signs.

I was disappionted that Honda didn't have the Repsol 1000RR there. The sales guy didn't even know that Honda was doing another replica. :-(

My dad and I went out Saturday night and probably only stayed and hour or so, maybe a bit longer.

The show was fun for the first day, after that it was work. Nice to meet some people from the boards, and some new people. As much as I hate the pipes on the new GSXR1000, I still think its gonna be the new bike for me. As well as a 750. Just gotta talk to Cambura. 2 new trackbikes this year will be hell on the pocketbook though.
