Not to mention the accomplishments that you wouldn't have completed. If a crappy death is the price I have to pay for the life I have had then I see it as a good debt.

I have a hard time thinking about what would have been had I never existed. Then I try to think of a real-life example of someone who hasn't existed, so that I could feel badly. Doesn't work--I can't think of anyone...
